RICHARD JOHNSON – Preacher in a strange land
Richard Johnson was the chaplain of the First Fleet and Sydney’s first pastor. He regularly rowed past what would later become Drummoyne on his way to Parramatta. We’ll consider the forces that brought him here and the trails he faced as he proclaimed the gospel to a struggling colony. |
