We believe that all we have has been given to us by God, including the capacity to study and work and earn an income (Deuteronomy 8:17,18). We are eternally in his debt for all that he has done for us in Jesus Christ and he rightly looks for us to be generous in turn. (2 Corinthians 8:1-9)
Apart from a small short-term grant, the work of St Bede’s is funded by the weekly giving of its members. Some give via the red bags on Sundays, whilst others direct debit via their bank and the internet. The details are below:
