Sunday Kids’ Club

We love having families at St Bede’s.

Your kids are precious to God and always welcome.

Our Sunday Kids’ Club is designed for kids from 3 – 12.

It runs every Sunday morning at 10am during school term time & holidays*

The church has a Parents’ Corner for those with babies and infants who prefer to stay with mum and dad. There are plenty of toys and change facilities and comfortable chairs for breastfeeding mums.

We begin the 10am service with the whole family, because we want our kids to feel a part of the church community. About 10 minutes into the service the kids & leaders go over to the hall for games, discussion and creative time.  Afterwards we all meet under the trees for morning tea together. There is a jumping castle for the kids and plenty of room for them to play as parents relax.

We have 3 aims

  • Teach kids about Jesus Christ
  • To have fun while we do it!
  • To give parents a break and an opportunity to hear the word of God with other adults on Sunday morning

We have a great team led by Emily Hoare. If you have any questions about the Sunday Kids’ Club, please contact Emily:

SAFE MINISTRY

We take the safety of all our kids very seriously at St Bede’s. All our leaders and helpers are required to complete the Safe Ministry Essentials course run by the Anglican Church.

Full details regarding Safe Ministry standards can be found on the Anglican Youthworks site.
